Cook County Health is comprised of four main contribution organizations which coordinate fundraising activities, volunteering and charitable donations for the health system and related programs.

Cook County Health Foundation, Inc.
The Cook County Health Foundation, Inc. or “CCH Foundation” is an Illinois not-for-profit corporation formed to solicit and receive contributions and other financial support to assist furthering the mission of Cook County Health.
The Cook County Health Foundation is a separate entity from the Cook County Health system and is not controlled by the health system. For more information, please visit the CCH Foundation website at http://cchealthfoundation.org/.

John H. Stroger, Jr. Hospital Auxiliary Board
The John H. Stroger, Jr. Hospital Auxiliary Board is a volunteer group of women founded in 1968.
The Auxiliary provides support for patient programs throughout the hospital. This group of dedicated women have been responsible for sponsoring and funding patient projects. With the help of financial support, the Auxiliary of John H. Stroger Hospital has continually headed a variety of programs, including the car seat program, providing layettes for newborns, the affordable Eyeglasses program and the Snow City Arts program.
