Team CORE AIDS Run/Walk Chicago 2013, September 28

CORE Center staff and patients will be participating in the 2013 AIDS Run/Walk this year, and we need the support of our Cook County Health & Hospitals System community! Our goal is to raise a minimum of $10,000 to assist our patients with obtaining:

• Dentures
• Nutritional Support
• GED Testing
• State IDs
• The Circle of Love – a CORE Center initiative that assists our families impacted by HIV/AIDS with household items such as mattresses and pots and pans.

You can register to walk or run, make a donation to a registered participant or make a general donation to the CORE Center Team.
