Attention: New Dictation Services

CCH has a new dictation service as of Monday May 1st – Perry Johnson & Assoc.  With this new service please use the encounter number (the one next to FIN: in the banner bar) rather than the patient’s medical record number.  Most other details of using the new service are the same as the prior service.   Please see the memo distributed by Margaret Kryda last week and posted on the Intranet for more details.
