CHICAGO-The Cook County Health announced a newly launched website for all Cook County residents and patients. The up-to-date website www.cookcountyhhs.org will offer information on hospital locations, health news, patient services, and special news & events.

The website serves as an information portal for the public at large.  By visiting the site patients can research their physicians, prepare for their visits, obtain information on financial assistance, billing, and also get directions to all facilities under the Cook County Health System.  Those who visit the site have the opportunity to meet Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Ram Raju and are able to ask him questions regarding CCH via email.

“We are pleased to announce the launch of cookcountyhhs.org, an online communications tool that is patient focused, provides public information for Cook County residents, medical staff, and the entire community,” said Dr. Ram Raju, CEO, Cook County Health. “We hope that Cook County residents will look to the website to find public information they need.”

With Cook County Health & Hospital Systems being the 3rd largest health system in the country an easily accessible website is necessary. CCH is the safety net for health care in Chicago and suburban Cook County. The system is comprised of John H. Stroger Jr. Hospital, Provident Hospital, and the Oak Forest Health Center along with along with 16 Ambulatory and Community Health Care clinics.
