In compliance with the Governor’s Executive Orders 2020-7, 2020-10, and 2020-18, attendance at meetings of the CCH Board and its Committees will be by remote means only, until a date to be determined.
Written public comment on any of the items listed on the agendas of remotely-held meetings will be accepted electronically. Testimony can be submitted electronically below, or via email message to the CCH Secretary to the Board at dsantana@cookcountyhhs.org. When submitting your testimony message, please include whether your comments are being submitted for a Board Meeting or a meeting of one of the Committees and the date of the meeting.
