Cook County Health opera dos hospitales y varias clínicas en todo el condado de Cook.

Pautas para Visitantes
- Máximo DOS (2) visitantes por paciente a la vez en unidades de pacientes hospitalizados.
- Máximo UN (1) visitante por paciente en cualquier momento en nuestros espacios de Emergencia, Trauma y Pacientes Ambulatorios.
- Las visitas se limitarán a personas mayores de 12 años.
- El horario de visita será de 11:00 am a 8:00 pm con solo las siguientes excepciones:
- 24 horas para una persona de apoyo en centro de maternidad y parto
- 24 horas para padres y tutores de pacientes pediátricos
- 24 horas para los departamentos de Emergencias y Traumatología
- Las áreas clínicas y de procedimientos se basarán en sus horarios de atención
Enmascaramiento universal
Effective January 9, 2025, masks will be required for all patients, visitors and staff when entering our clinical facilities, including these spaces in our hospitals and outpatient health centers:
- Exam rooms
- Inpatient rooms (staff and visitors)
- Hospital and health center hallways
- Waiting rooms
- Registration desks
Masks are currently available for pick-up at the front entrances of all CCH facilities. Additional mask stations will be deployed across Stroger and Provident Hospitals.

Whether you are deaf, hard of hearing, or a non-English speaker, we are committed to ensuring that communication barriers do not stand in the way of receiving the care and attention you deserve.
Nuestros servicios
- On-site Spanish language interpreters are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
- Polish: 6am-4pm, M- F; Weekends/Holidays 7am- 3pm.
- Our On-Demand phone interpreting services are available 24/7 in over 240 other languages through our telephone.
- Video Remote interpreting in 45 languages including American Sign Language.
- Assistive listening devices and closed-caption TVs are available for patients who are deaf or hard of hearing.
- CART (Communication Access Realtime Translation) services, also known as live captioning, are available to our deaf and hard of hearing patients who do not use American Sign Language. Services available upon request.
