As Executive Chief Operating Officer, Craig Williams works toward fostering an effective, highly integrated health system, setting standards for system-wide delivery of high-quality care and operational excellence across all CCH facilities, including Stroger and Provident Hospitals, ACHN sites, and Cermak Health Services.
He was previously Cook County Health’s Chief Administrative Officer for Operations & Development collaborating with clinical leaders and key administrative staff to develop models of care that are patient centered and support efficient delivery models in multiple care setting.
Prior to joining Cook County Health, Mr. Williams served as the Chief Operating Officer of Northeast Hospital Corporation in Massachusetts and in leadership roles at the University of Minnesota Medical Center, Tufts Medical Center and Brigham and Women’s Hospital. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Suffolk University, Boston, MA.
