Cook County Health Vaccination Sites to Hand Out 15,000 Six Flags Great America Tickets this Wednesday

Cook County Health will be distributing 15,000 Six Flags Great America tickets, while supplies last, to anyone who gets vaccinated at a CCH location on Wednesday, May 26. With summer coming, if you have not gotten your vaccine, now is the time! Find location details at myshotcookcounty.com/locations.

Hours of sites and vaccines offered remain subject to change. Walk-ins are welcome. The last walk-in will be accepted 30 minutes prior to close. Individuals can still make appointments at vaccine.cookcountyil.gov or by calling 833-308-1988, Monday – Friday from 7:00AM – 10:00PM and Saturday from 8:00AM – 10:00PM. Individuals under age 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to get vaccinated.

CCH Health Centers will be open limited hours for the holidays.

Thanksgiving Day – Thursday, November 28, 2024: CLOSED

Christmas Eve – Tuesday, December 24, 2024: 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Christmas Day – Wednesday, December 25, 2024: CLOSED

New Year’s Eve – Tuesday, December 31, 2024: 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.

New Year’s Day – Wednesday, January 1, 2025: CLOSED
