Cook County Health will be distributing 15,000 Six Flags Great America tickets, while supplies last, to anyone who gets vaccinated at a CCH location on Wednesday, May 26. Hours of sites and vaccines offered remain subject to change. Walk-ins are welcome. The last walk-in will be accepted 30 minutes prior to close. Individuals can still make appointments at vaccine.cookcountyil.gov or by calling 833-308-1988, Monday – Friday from 7:00AM – 10:00PM and Saturday from 8:00AM – 10:00PM. Individuals under age 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to get vaccinated.
