How to Start Using CCH Mail-Order Pharmacy
Signing up for the mail-order drug program is simple:

Get ready: Have your medication bottles ready.
Step 2
Step 3
Select a language: Listen to the message and choose your language.
- For English, press 1.
- For Spanish, press 2.
- For Polish, press 3.
Step 4
Choose delivery: Press 1 for mail order.
Step 5
Enter your prescription number (s). Be sure to include the last two digits on the prescription label.
Step 6
Confirm your name: The system will ask you to confirm the first three letters of your last name.
Step 7
Stay healthy by taking your medicine as prescribed.
It’s important to note that controlled substances – like opiates – and other specialty pharmacy medications cannot be sent through the mail. You’ll need to visit a pharmacy for those prescriptions.
