The Cook County Health Bridge Clinic offers many services, including:
  • Integrated addiction treatment with a prescriber and recovery coach
  • Linkage to other substance use treatment and support services including residential, intensive outpatient, peer support, methadone clinics, and recovery homes
  • Counseling
  • Lab tests
  • Financial counseling
  • Screening for sexually transmitted diseases
  • Birth control
  • HIV prevention with PrEP
  • Pharmacy access for low or no cost medications
  • Primary and specialty care services:

    Cook County Health has more than a dozen community health centers in Chicago and suburban Cook County that offer Medication for Addiction Treatment (MAT). After visiting the Bridge Clinic, patients may choose to continue receiving MAT as part of their primary medical care at a location that is close to home.
