Beth Vaclavik, DNP, RN, OCN, NEA-BC, serves as Cook County Health’s Interim Chief Nursing Executive. In this role, she oversees nursing practice across hospitals, correctional health, ambulatory care, public health, and the Medicaid managed care plan.

Beth joined Cook County Health in 2018 as the Director of Ambulatory Procedures and was appointed Associate Chief Nurse Executive for Ambulatory Services in 2022. In this role, she led several interprofessional teams to implement new policies and protocols and also served as the nursing executive leading the new arrivals health response.
