Windows/ Email Password Reset
Cook County Health staff can reset their Windows and email password remotely from a web browser without needing to call the Help Desk.

VPN
VPN Access is not available to all employees. VPN Access must be approved by your Cook County Health Department Chair but, the final decision rest with the Cook County Health IT Security department. Internet Explorer 7 or higher is supported. Although other browsers may be used, your experience may be different.
