Vaccines for Cook County Health Patients
Cook County Health is now offering the 2025-2026 COVID-19 vaccines. Patients who have an established primary care physician or are currently receiving care through a Cook County Health specialty clinic can speak with their doctor about receiving a vaccine at their appointment or by calling to make an appointment.
Vaccines for the Community
Community members who are not established Cook County Health patients should call 312-864-0200 to establish care with a Cook County Health primary care physician in order to receive a COVID-19 vaccination.
Medicare, Medicaid, and nearly all commercial health insurance plans cover the full cost of COVID-19 vaccines. Cook County Health is offering COVID-19 vaccines to patients without insurance free of charge.
Individuals may also visit vaccine.gov to find another vaccine provider close to home.
Saturday COVID and Flu Vaccine Clinics
Cook County Department of Public Health, Cook County Health and CountyCare, are offering free walk-in flu and COVID-19 shots at Saturday vaccine clinics. Click here to learn more.
Children (6 months and up) and adults can receive flu and COVID-19 vaccines at no cost, regardless of insurance coverage or immigration status. The clinics are open on certain Saturdays from October 2025 to March 2026 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., at five different CCH community health centers in suburban Cook County.
