Our ADA-recognized diabetes program offers state-of-the-art multidisciplinary personalized diabetes care combining the latest in diabetes medical therapy and diabetes technology, including continuous glucose monitors and insulin pump clinics, with lifestyle management and support.  Diabetes specialty care is available at multiple clinics throughout the Cook County system and is staffed by endocrinologists, advance practice providers, PharmDs, dietitians, behavioral health specialists and nursing staff, all highly trained in diabetes management. Education for adoption of lifestyle behaviors to prevent and improve chronic metabolic diseases increased through expanded nutrition and exercise options at our Lifestyle Centers.

We offer a comprehensive approach to the diagnosis, management and treatment of various thyroid, adrenal, pituitary, osteoporosis and metabolic bone conditions. Our board-certified specialists provide state-of-the-art care focused on improving each patient's health and quality of life.
