Scott Spencer currently serves as Interim Chief Financial Officer for Cook County Health. As the Interim CFO, Mr. Spencer is the health system’s financial leader, responsible for all financial and accounting oversight. This includes revenue cycle, reimbursement of financial reporting, operational reporting, and planning for the financial needs of the health system. He works closely with Cook County Health’s leadership team to provide strategic vision and management for the operational and fiscal direction of the health system.

Mr. Spencer has been with CCH since 2022, serving as Senior Director of Finance before being appointed Associate CFO. He previously held financial leadership positions with Erie Family Health Center, Franciscan Alliance, and South Shore Hospital.
