Cook County Health will be giving $100 Visa gift cards to individuals who get their COVID-19 vaccine or booster at a CCH site on Friday, March 18 or Saturday, March 19! Appointments are required and slots are limited.
You can make an appointment online at vaccine.cookcountyil.gov. Be sure to make your appointment at a “CCH clinic location” (indicated with red circles on the website). “Partner location” vaccine sites (Walgreens, CVS, Costco etc., indicated with blue circles) are not part of this promotion and will not be giving out gift cards.
You can also make an appointment by calling CCH COVID Hotline at 833-308-1988 between the hours of 7:00am and 6:00pm Monday through Friday.
Only individuals with appointments are eligible to receive a gift card while supplies last.
COVID vaccines are encouraged for everyone age 5 and older. The Pfizer vaccine is the only vaccine approved for children ages 5-17. CCH offers Pfizer and Moderna vaccines at all sites. Johnson & Johnson is available at limited locations.
Getting vaccinated against COVID-19 is the best way to protect your health and the health of others. Increasing vaccination rates is essential to beating the pandemic.
