Beginning February 11 through February 18, CCH will be offering a $100 Visa gift card to anyone age 6 months and older who gets a COVID-19 vaccine or booster shot at a participating Cook County Health hospital or health center. Appointments are required. Gift cards available while supplies last.

The time is now to make sure your whole family is up to date on their COVID-19 vaccines! Everyone age 6 months and older is now eligible for a COVID-19 vaccine. Most people are eligible for one dose of the bivalent COVID-19 booster shot 2 months or more after their last primary series or monovalent booster shot.
Getting the bivalent COVID-19 vaccine helps to protect you against serious illness, and reduces your chance of spreading COVID-19 to family or friends.
Data show that the vaccines are safe and effective for adults and children.
Children under age 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to get vaccinated.
People who are not currently CCH patients can visit one of five community COVID-19 vaccine and testing sites: Stroger Hospital, Provident Hospital, Arlington Heights Health Center, North Riverside Health Center or Blue Island Health Center.
