CLEANING OF KITCHEN EQUIPMENT: The successful Contractor shall clean the Stroger Hospital kitchen and equipment therein as listed herein. The Contractor shall perform this service as specified herein and as directed by the department. Work to be done at time and date designated by Nutrition Department monthly.
